En Vivo - Spain mission

I am very happy to write to tell you about EN VIVO
Last week began with meetings of the exchange students, and cleaning the house .. yesterday we had our first activity of the semester … pancakes dinner, where we raised 300euros for Haiti!

These weeks students are finishing their exams and spend hours in libraries studying, so we made pancakes yesterday to come and have a break in their studies, eat something, then share with us and then return to studies. .. not many students came because they are living through times of stress, but those who came (20 more or less) were very nice and talked to us about how difficult it is this period of college life … 

This Wednesday we will have the first “Café Ingles” of the semester, activity in which we have many Spanish students speaking  English for two hours with the exchanges to learn more about this language, sharing coffee and cookies and then see a chapter of an American series such as Friends. 
I ask for prayer that we can be helpful for students to know and see the love of Jesus through us, also for the U.S. exchange to not feel nervous or frustrated with the Spanish speaking people here. 
In a special way I want to ask for prayer for a exchange boy and the En Vivo’s intern Laura Bowers still can not return to Spain for new rules at airports in the United States.

Estoy muy feliz de escribirles para contarles sobre EN VIVO:
Esta semana comenzamos con las reuniones de los estudiantes de intercambio y con la limpieza de la casa ya que ayer tuvimos nuestra primera actividad del semestre… Cena de Tortitas (panqueques), donde reunimos 300 euros para Haiti.

.Los estudiantes estas semanas estan terminando sus examenes y pasan horas en las bibliotecas de la ciudad estudiando, por lo que ayer hicimos pancakes para que vinieran a tener un break en sus estudios, comer algo, compartir con nosotros para luego luego volver a los estudios… no vinieron muchos estudiantes ya que estan viviendo momentos de estres pero los que vinieron (20 mas o menos) eran muy simpaticos y conversaron con nosotros sobre lo dificil que es este periodo de su vida universitaria…
El próximo miércoles tendremos el primer Café Ingles del semestre, actividad en la cual tendremos muchos estudiantes españoles hablando ingles por dos horas con los intercambios para aprender ingles, compartiendo café y galletas para luego ver un capitulo de una serie americana como Friends.
Les pido oración para que podamos ser de ayuda para estudiantes, para que conozcan y vean el amor de Jesús a través de nosotros, tambien por los intercambio de Estados Unidos para que no se sientan nerviosos ni frustrados al hablar español con las personas acá.En forma especial les quiero pedir oración por un chico de intercambio y por la interna de En Vivo Laura Bowers que aún no pueden volver a España por nuevas reglas en los aeropuertos de Estados Unidos.
