I have not had much time to write which is great because it means I have much to do, but there is something I share with you.

This past couple of weeks I’ve been spending time with a girl in En Vivo does not believe in God because their culture has another religion … Islam.

First it is incredible that despite not believing in God comes to En Vivo … This is mainly because she feels respected as a woman, which for us Christians is obvious, but in her relgion it is not.

We have been spending time together and talking about Christianity, as it is, it means to be Christians, as we live … because she really does not understand anything … All she knows it is a relgion where everyone is respected equally and En Vivo is a place where she felt very loved and respected as it is regardless of religion or country they come.

Everything has been incredible for me because since I knew I had the opportunity to come to Spain on a mission trip, I began to pray for someone with I would talk directly to God, prayed for a person that God use me as a tool in his life just to talk about Him … and I think she is the answer to these prayers.

A few weeks ago we began to talk directly about God, Jesus, Christianity and religion, on Monday, began reading Tal como el Jazz (Blue Like Jazz), a Christian book in which the author explains what he feels and thinks about God, faith, love for others and for yourself …

I must admit I am very sorry to return to Chile after starting to read this book with her … so is I invited a girl part of the Staff to read this with us, so, although I return, they will follow it with this book.

On Monday I was super nervous and did not know much to say or anything … did not know how to say … ok, lets to read the first chapter?, the only thing I did was pray that God give me wisdom to answer her questions.

After reading the first chapter, we talked about my God, this God who will not impose rules, which is not punitive, one who loves us in spite of everything, and then she told us about her God, this god who doesn’t love the women as the men, this god difficult of understanding … this god who loves not only has become custom.

Today we will continue with this book and talk about the Faith ..


I ask you to pray for her, for her life and to know God, we continue looking at the reflection of Jesus and that you realize that what we do is a product of being good people, that’s all God’s work in our lives.

This Tuesday 23 give the first speech of my life, now nearly finished and I love to talk because it is about how I came to El Oasis, and what happens in my life after this … now I’m in Spain as a missionary … (soon I will put my talk in this blog).

No he tenido mucho tiempo para escribirles lo cual me tiene muy feliz porque significa que tengo muchas cosas que hacer, pero hay algo que quiero compartir con ustedes.

Hace un par de semanas que he estado pasando tiempo con una chica de En Vivo la cual no cree en Dios ya que por su cultura tiene otra religion… el Islam.

Primero es increible que a pesar de no creer en Dios, viene a En Vivo… esto es principalmente porque se siente respetada como mujer, cosa que para nosotros los cristianos es algo obvio, en su relgion no lo es.

Hemos estado pasando tiempo juntas y hablando sobre el cristianismo, como es, que significa ser cristianos, como lo vivimos… ya que ella realmente no entiende NADA… lo unico que sabe que es una relgion donde se respeta a todos por igual y que En Vivo es un lugar donde se ha sentido muy respetada y querida tal como es sin importarnos su religion o el país de donde venga.

Todo ha sido increible para mi porque desde que supe que tenía la oportunidad de venir a España en un viaje de misiones, comence a orar por una persona con quien poder hablar directamente sobre Dios, oraba por una persona en la que Dios me usara como herramienta en su vida solo para hablarle sobre el… y estoy segura que ella es una de las respuesta a estas oraciones.

Hace unas semanas que comenzamos a conversar directamente sobre Dios, Jesús, el cristianismo y su religion, este lunes, comenzamos a leer Tal como el Jazz (Blue like Jazz), un libro cristiano en el cual el autor explica lo que el siente y piensa sobre Dios, la Fe, el amor por los demás y por si mismo…

Debo reconocer que me da mucha pena volver a Chile despúes de comenzar a leer este libro con ella… y por eso es que invite a una chica del equipo para que leyera esto con nosotras, asi, aunque yo regrese, se que ellas seguiran con este libro.

El lunes estaba super nerviosa y no sabía mucho que decir ni nada… no sabia como decirle… ok, leamos el primer capitulo?, lo unico que hice fue orar, para que Dios me diera sabiduria para poder responder sus preguntas.

Despúes de leer todo el primer capitulo, hablamos de mi Dios, de este Dios que no te impone reglas, que no es castigador, uno que nos ama a pesar de todo, y luego ella nos conto sobre el suyo, este que es tan dificil de entender, que produce tanto machismo dentro de algunos paises… este Dios el cual ella no ama y que solo se ha transformado en costumbres y reglas para seguir.

Hoy seguiremos con este libro y hablaremos sobre la Fe…


Les pido que oren por ella, por su vida y para que conozca a Dios, que siga viendo en nosotros el reflejo de Jesus y que se de cuenta que lo que hacemos no es producto de ser buenas personas, que es todo obra de Dios en nuestras vidas.

Este martes 23 doy la primera charla de mi vida, ya casi esta terminada y me encanta porque hablaré de como llegue al Oasis, y lo que pasa en mi vida despúes de esto… y de misiones, que es lo que estoy haciendo ahora… (pronto pondré mi charla en este blog).
